Roles & Responsibilities

  • Meet revenue goals
  • Empower a dynamic and proactive sales team
  • Lead and optimise the efficiency of the team to meet sales objectives
  • Develop new business opportunities and sales strategies with the Managing Directors

Skills

  • You are a highly motivated to deliver strong results
  • You are confident and prepared to ask the difficult questions
  • You can engage, motivate and inspire your team to excel
  • You have excellent communication and rapport building skills
  • You must be fluent in English (German is a plus)

Experience

  • 4+ years experience in B2B sales
  • You have an impressive sales track record
  • Management consulting industry is preferable
  • Having led a team is a plus
